We at HCDS Technologies never Hire Employees on Salary Basis. Interested candidates will be joining Traineeship Opportunity with up to 40% to 60% Sponsorship across Required Enterprise Resources and Live Industry Projects.

During initial 3 months of Traineeship (Technical Recruitment and People Onboarding), you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technical recruiters and gain hands-on experience in the field. You will assist our Managing Partner with some of the tasks mentioned below, such as screening, scheduling, or interviewing candidates.

You will also receive feedback and guidance on how to improve your skills and performance.


To become a successful technical recruiter with our Traineeship, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

A good understanding of the technical skills and terminology for the roles you are hiring for, as well as the latest trends and developments in the tech industry.


After joining this Traineeship, As a technical recruiter, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

1. Strictly No Sourcing for Applications, but responding to the applied career opportunities 

2. Strictly No Screening of Resume or Candidates, Reviewing the individual credentials and providing better understanding of our Visions and Missions to the Applicants

3. You will be Contacting candidates via phone or video calls to conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. You will be Scheduling interviews between candidates and managing partner, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

5. You will be Updating candidate profiles, tracking application statuses, and maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

6. You will be Collaborating with managing partner to develop clear and concise commercial and professional descriptions tailored to specific technical roles.

7. You will be actively Participating in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities to connect with potential candidates and promote the organization's Socioeconomic brand.

8. You will be Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new people.

9. You will be Engaging yourself and others in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant technologies.

10. You will be Working closely with other members of the people Inclusion team to share insights, discuss candidate pipelines, and optimize recruitment strategies.

Overall, the role of a technical recruiter Traineeship involves a blend of coordinating, and administrative tasks aimed at attracting and hiring top talent for technical positions within the organization.
