Workday activities of Management Trainee (Multimedia Content Development and Digital Engagement)

 

Functions may include conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing, editing, and directing media projects; or the operation, maintenance and/or oversight of media facilities, production, and distribution-related activities.

 

You will begin with - 3 Months Traineeship (Sponsorship up to 75%)

Continue 3 Months On Job Internship (with Paid Stipend upto INR 18,000 per month)

and Regular Joining (Package upto INR 7,50,000 Per Year)

 

Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' enquiries.

Developing new social media strategies and campaigns

Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.

 

Multimedia art typically involves animation and motion graphics, such as those used for web, Power Point, and flash presentations. Graphic designers, however, tend to produce work geared towards print, such as designs for agency ads, packaging, and informational design for static or still work.

 

Make a team of 4-5 More interns/trainees who have strong zest for event photography and video shooting so that they can join our Digital Branding and Public Awareness Content development projects on time to time.

 

Hybrid and in-Office at Workplace activities of Management Trainee (Multimedia Content Development and Digital Engagement) to be focused on business verticals of HCDS Technologies

 

Socially engaged marketing and human to human and business to customer relationship building

Branding the services/products on social media and digital marketing tools

Attending/Making 40 to 90 telephone calls to individual Prospectus to generate interest in preventive healthcare services and medical grade lifestyle products

Managing accountability and regular conversations over social platforms

Scheduling appointment to show prepaid and pre-sales products demonstrations

Assisting in closing the deals and administration of product delivery, installation, payment collections and documentations

Assisting the seniors across all day to day activities

Creating own executive presence across countryside with civil ethics, social services and community empowerment activities

Excellent use of YouTube/Linked-in/Facebook and Blogs to create and post endorsement videos of our services

You will better use YouTube and Instagram to create and publish short videos based on product experience and testimonials?

You must better use People engaged marketing on a person to person basis using Linked-in and Facebook?

You will be planning to arrange and manage Event/Expo/Exhibition/Summit/Seminar for product and services promotion and publish the event multimedia over the social media platforms?

You will create some research based scientific content for easier understanding of the general public?

You will showcase product opening, usage and operating video on social media?

We at HCDS Technologies, keep our Fresher Trainees under Incubation for initial Three Months under Project-to-Project Agreement Self-Financed Live Industry Projects so that they can realize essential practices. These 100+ Live Industry Projects are small unit of mega projects, so each project gives great exposure of Learning and Innovation. They get stronger exposure to Self-Esteemed Self-Learning across selected Functions / Live Industry Projects. They will Collaborate with us for 10 to 30 live industry projects and get 40% to 60% sponsorship, individuals just need to Contribute less than 40% part of live industry project expenses and integrate themselves into essential practices. Successful completion of each project will make the Trainees eligible for; 

 

Live Project Completion Certificate – Upon Completion of the Project 

Internship Certificate – After Testing and Assessment of the Completed Project 

 

After Constant Appraisal of Performance evaluation of initial 43 to 89 days as Trainee across Selected Live Industry Projects, they are elevated as On the Job Trainees (OJT) with email confirmation from careers@hcdstech.com / careers@bravozest.com They get rewarded with performance stipends up to INR 18,000 per month during OJT period of next Three Months after minimum 10 Self Budgeted and Self-Financed Live Industry Projects. Further, they build their teams by better synergies together with New Freshers /Learners /Trainees.
