You will be Learning and Growing with real-time Corporate Workplaces using APPLICATION TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS), HUMAN INTELLIGENCE TOOLS, HRMS SOFTWARE, Recruitment and Training, Conducting People Inclusion Operations and Deployment of more than 15,000 Applicants.
 

 

This is an on-site contract/internship role for a Graduate Trainee (People Inclusion Onboarding and Deployment). The Human Resources Business Partner Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. They will also be responsible for providing support on the interpretation of labor and employment law.

 

You will begin with - 3 Months Traineeship (Sponsorship up to 75%)

Continue 3 Months On Job Internship (with Paid Stipend upto INR 18,000 per month)

and Regular Joining (Package upto INR 7,50,000 Per Year)

Essential Qualifications

 

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Understanding of human resources (HR) functions and processes
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Familiarity with relevant software and computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • This is Self Budgeted and Self Financed Internship Projects
  • You must have own Laptop with headset for Hybrid Learning and Innovation
  • You will get upto 75% Sponsorship across Live Industry Projects and Required Resources
  • This is not a Salaried Servantship or Stipend Based Partime Work
  • You must be available at Gurugram or Delhi Workplace for Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence PACE

 

  • Trending Skills Gap Needs Analysis:
    • Identify the training needs of individuals, teams, or the entire organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to understand gaps in skills and knowledge.

 

  • Design and Development:

    • Create and design effective training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and individual learning objectives.
    • Utilize various instructional methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
  • Delivery of Training and Live Industry Projects:

    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and engages the participants.
    • Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and preferences.
  • Assessment and Evaluation during the Live Industry Projects:

    • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Evaluate the impact of training on individual and organizational performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Learning Technology Deployment:

    • Stay updated on learning technologies and incorporate them into training programs where applicable.
    • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to organize, track, and administer training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement on Candidate and Live Projects Level:

    • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make improvements to training programs.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: 

    • Collaborate with other departments and subject matter experts to ensure training content is aligned with business objectives.
    • Work closely with managers to address specific team or individual training needs.
  • People Development:

    • Assist employees in creating individual development plans to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
    • Provide guidance on career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Compliance and Policy:

    • Ensure that training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact training requirements.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Effectively communicate training objectives, expectations, and outcomes to employees and stakeholders.

We at HCDS Technologies, keep our Fresher Trainees under Incubation for initial Three Months under Project-to-Project Agreement Self-Financed Live Industry Projects so that they can realize essential practices. These 100+ Live Industry Projects are small unit of mega projects, so each project gives great exposure of Learning and Innovation. They get stronger exposure to Self-Esteemed Self-Learning across selected Functions / Live Industry Projects. They will Collaborate with us for 10 to 30 live industry projects and get 40% to 60% sponsorship, individuals just need to Contribute less than 40% part of live industry project expenses and integrate themselves into essential practices. Successful completion of each project will make the Trainees eligible for;

 

Live Project Completion Certificate – Upon Completion of the Project

Internship Certificate – After Testing and Assessment of the Completed Project

 

After Constant Appraisal of Performance evaluation of initial 43 to 89 days as Trainee across Selected Live Industry Projects, they are elevated as On the Job Trainees (OJT) with email confirmation from careers@hcdstech.com / fellowship@hadwinsmithglobal.com. They get rewarded with performance stipends up to INR 18,000 per month during OJT period of next Three Months after minimum 10 Self Budgeted and Self-Financed Live Industry Projects. Further, they build their teams by better synergies together with New Freshers /Learners /Trainees.

Project Duration – 45 Hours - Remote INR 12,000, Hybrid INR 18,000, in-Office INR 24,000

Project Duration – 90 Hours - Remote INR 18,000, Hybrid INR 24,000, in-Office INR 30,000

Project Duration – 125 Hours - Remote INR 24,000, Hybrid INR 30,000, in-Office INR 36,000
