The Business Development Trainee will begin Practices and Gaining Exposure across Stakeholder-Centric Analytics of Requirements Engineering, Preparing Proposals, Corproate Communications to Deliver best IT solutions
- Engage with target stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
- Ask targeted questions to understand their pain points and needs.
- Use sentiment analysis and natural language processing to gain a deeper understanding of their perspectives.
Focus is on partnering with organizations to transform their policy, people, processes, projects, and practices using innovative cloud solutions. You will be delivering trending solutions and services in business analytics, cloud innovation, migration, learning, and software solutions development. Your goal must be to make a social impact through dynamic re-skilling and next-gen practices.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data from reliable sources, analyze trends and technological transitions, and conduct market and people analytics to inform product development.
Gen AI Deployment: Explore and implement Gen AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various project tasks, such as data analysis, content creation, and automation.
Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize data and provide insights for stakeholders.
Big Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets and identify patterns or trends.
Functional Analytics: Analyze the performance and effectiveness of products or solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Excel and Power BI Proficiency: Practice and enhance skills in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders through various channels (emails, meetings, presentations) to gather feedback, provide updates, and build relationships.
Event Administration: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, such as workshops, conferences, or product launches.
Reporting and Decision Making: Prepare regular reports summarizing findings and insights, and contribute to decision-making processes based on data-driven analysis.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through research, training, and professional development activities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team as an intern. This is a challenging and technical internship that requires a strong foundation in management functions and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Profiling: Develop candidate profiles based on analysis, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential fit for different roles.
- Opportunity Matching: Identify suitable internship opportunities for candidates based on their profiles and organizational requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist the managing partner in processing individual applications, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the ATS system.
- Applicant Interaction: Respond to inquiries from interested applicants, providing information about internship opportunities, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
- Terms and Conditions: Create and explain the terms and conditions for internships, ensuring applicants understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Presentation Development: Prepare a presentation summarizing the internship experience and key learnings, to be shared with the managing partner and potentially other team members.
