We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager/ sales head. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, project hours, days and cost estimation, documenting various processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Client communication is a critical and non-negotiable skill for this role.
Experience : 6 Months to 2 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
● In the pre-sales phases the primary duty consists of aiming to increase the efficiency of a company's sales process, cost estimation and closing deals.
● Assisting the Sales team with client engagement by creating appropriate technical documents which makes it easy for clients to make decisions.
● Interaction with the potential clients and set up meetings and make follow-ups until the project is closed.
● To communicate with the client to elicit the requirement, understand project requirements, check technical feasibility to provide technical solutions. Work closely with technical team for internal communication ● Providing KT to the development team before the project kickoff meeting.
● Taking follow-ups of project status from the project manager and staying in loop until the project is delivered.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical/logical skills. Required Skills:
● Creating professional Business Documentation.
● Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
● Proficient with wireframing tools to create UML diagrams and analytical tools to visualise various solutions of the project.
● Analytical and Creative problem solving skills.
● Being able to efficiently manage Multiple projects at the same time and coordinate with the team.
● High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
● Excellent personal and team task management skills using appropriate tools to track productivity and increase efficiency of entire organizatio
