Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensure effective Design, Development, and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements

Ensure continual knowledge management

Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Define best practices, coding standards, development methodology as part of the master solution design and ensure compliance with these guidelines

Highlight and resolve solution dependencies on enterprise systems

Good problem-solving capabilities and troubleshooting skills

Should have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Required Skills for JAVA Developer :

Experience in Java, J2EE Development.

Must have Hands-on Experience on Angular/ React.

Fluency in programming constructs and working with Spring/Spring Boot/Spring MVC and Hibernate framework.

Good experience on 1-2 Frontend Technologies eg JavaScript/Angular/React/jQuery.

Good experience on MySQL/MongoDB.

Handle SDLC individually

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Concept.
