Web Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand identity and enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, expertise in design software, and solid knowledge of front-end web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Design and implement engaging and functional website layouts, user interfaces (UI), and visual imagery.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and a cohesive digital experience.
• User Experience (UX): Apply UX/UI best practices to create intuitive and accessible designs, conducting user research or A/B testing when necessary to make data-driven decisions.
• Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for speed and performance, and compatible across various browsers and devices.
• Brand Consistency: Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong, demonstrable graphic design portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid knowledge of front-end web programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and general UX/UI principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is often preferred.
