  • Achieving Stockiest & Dealer wise Target.
  • Identifying weak markets within the stockiest area.
  • Monitoring future Prospect (Dealers appointment).
  • Tracking Call Cycle based on the potential of Dealers ( A,B &C)/ project parties and prospects.
  • Making 8-10 nos. productive calls on daily basis.
  • Be updated about Competitors Prices & schemes.
  • Be updated about Competitors Marketing activities.
  • Doing evaluation of outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
  • Doing evaluation of various fairs which take place in his area at different location so as to develop plans based on the footfall and our business requirement.
  • Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties and following the cycle till the loop is closed .
  • Liaising with ASM for various reports on time.
  • Analyzing O/S report once a week.
  • Submitting Daily sales Report on daily basis without fail.
  • Coordinating with Marketing and Plant for various dealers and Stockiest requirement.
  • Developing business opportunity through Architects/ Channel Sales / Institutional sales
  • Adhering to tour plans.
