Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job Portal, Campus Hiring, head hunting, Job Fair, Database, Vendor Management, social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Database Management-Maintaining & organizing candidate database. Allocation of positions to the Sourcing team and setting up hiring manager calibration calls.
  • Feedback & MIS management-Continuous Interactions with Hiring Managers for ensuring TAT, Feedback Management, Reports and Analysis on positions.


Requirements and skills

  • 1-5 years Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience required with proven success in utilizing a range of direct sourcing tools - direct channels, job portals, careers portal, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
  • Excellent in Microsoft excel & power point.
