Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job Portal, Campus Hiring, head hunting, Job Fair, Database, Vendor Management, social platforms and professional networks.)
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Database Management-Maintaining & organizing candidate database. Allocation of positions to the Sourcing team and setting up hiring manager calibration calls.
- Feedback & MIS management-Continuous Interactions with Hiring Managers for ensuring TAT, Feedback Management, Reports and Analysis on positions.
