We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive having experience of working in the K-12 School Segment or Education Segment to lead our efforts in introducing XR Labs with cutting-edge VR/AR/2D/3D/DIY solutions to K-12 schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a proven track record of driving sales in the K-12 School education sector.

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will require to do this 11 responsibility primarily in this Job highlighted in bold as covered below: 1. To develop and execute his own “sales plan” or “Go To Market (GTM) plan” to meet and exceed allotted revenue targets from the Schools in his / her Territory. 2. To “identify the Schools and their Key Persons and Decision makers” and make “Daily Field Visits” of Schools in the Assigned Territory for setting up our AR/VR Labs at the K-12 Schools. 3. “Cultivate and Maintain Strong Relationships & Networking” with Key Decision Makers in K-12 Schools like Owners, Promoters, Chairmans, Directors, Principals, Head Teachers, Subject Teachers, Administration Head of K-12 Schools in your Territory. 4. Able to “highlight our AR/VR Lab’s unique strengths and competitive advantages and strong selling points” smoothly to the clients, the right decision makers at Schools. Also able to give “Powerpoint Presentations” to the School Authorities and also “learn to Use” the Technical the Tools for running the AR, VR modules and presenting the in build features in the softwares and hardwares components of our AR/VR Labs 5. “Conduct DEMO (product demonstrations)” for school administrators and educators. 6. To design & submit “Commercial Proposals” to the target segment that is Top Management of K-12 Schools for our AR/VR Labs and “address any questions or concerns”. 7. To collect revenue of “New & Renewal Payment from Schools” and also do timely and tough “Negotiations for Closing the new Deals” for AR/VR Lab with Schools. Also maintain a good relationship with the School Authorities for payment release on time. 8. To be “Available to Travel” if any requirement arises in the assigned Territory (if handling multiple locations). 9. To be able to have “Effective Communication Skills and also writing emails etc.” 10. Applicants need to be “Presentable” and also a “well-groomed Personality” 11. “Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements” in VR/AR/MR/2D/3D/DIY and all other Emerging technologies like AI, IoT, ML, DS, Blockchain, Metaverse and their impact on Education Sector

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business or Marketing, or Education in a related field.

Desired Candidate Skills: The 4 mandatory Skills required for this Job Role are as below: ● Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the School, Education, Technology Sector (mandatory) ● Strong communication and presentation skills (mandatory) ● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships (mandatory) ● Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (mandatory) ● Knowledge of VR/AR/MR/2D/3D/DIY technology and its applications in education is an added advantage (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-Time Package and Benefits:The below structure for deserving Candidates: ● Competitive salary ranging from INR 2.00 lakhs p.a to 3.00 lakhs p.a based on previous experiences of the Candidate. ● Additional Performance-based bonus Incentives - a. 15,000/- Incentive per Mini Lab ( Min. Target - Quarterly = 2 Mini Labs that is Yearly = 8 Mini Labs ) b. 40,000/- Incentive per Mega Lab ( Min. Target - Quarterly = 1 Mega Labs that is Yearly = 4 Mega Labs ) c. Also all Incentives amounts will be on a Pro Rata basis of the Cash Realization Amount from the School. d. On successful achievement of 8 Mini Labs and 4 Mega Labs and Cash Realization from all 12 Labs in a Year, the BDE will be entitled for an additional Annual Bonus of 80,000/- ● Additional Travel policy for business-related activities. ● Additional monetary and non-monetary Rewards and Recognition programs for outstanding achievements. ● Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
