As a SAP PP specialist, the candidate should have a good functional knowledge in standard SAP Production modules along with integration with other SAP modules. SAP Production Planning is one of the key modules at IM product “Production Planning”. It deals with planning processes, such as capacity planning, material planning, execution of production order, bill of material and goods movement. The relevant solution capabilities for the product are

  • Master Planning PP-MP
  • Demand Management ( PP-MP-DEM) & Long Term planning ( PP-MP-DEM)
  • Capacity Planning ( PP - CRP)
  • Material Requirements Planning ( PP-MRP)
  • Repetitive Manufacturing ( PP-REM)
  • Production lot planning/individual project planning
  • Assembly to order ( LO-ASM)
  • Production Planning for Process Industries ( PP-PI)
  • He/she should be very familiar with the Manufacturing processes. He/She should be comfortable with components of SAP PP such as BOM ( PP-BD-BOM), Production version, Work Center,Routings ,Production Planning Cycle & the concerned dataset ( table structure).
  • The candidate should have worked on integrated systems and should be comfortable with monitoring of interfaces and applications.
  • The candidate must be familiar with working on heavily customized Objects.
  • A basic understanding of SAP ABAP along with debugging would be given preference.
  • The candidate should have experience working in Project, Application Support Services in an end-user facing position, and he/she should be familiar with Incident Management and Problem Management along with an understanding of Business priority and criticality.
  • He/she should have also worked on Change Management processes.
  • The concerned domain is Aircraft Manufacturing and production.
  • The candidate, if selected, will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using agile mind-set and methodology.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 4+ years of experience in SAP.
  • Minimum one experience in Support or customer service.
  • Skills in manufacturing processes
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Responsibilities

  • Provide best in class level of service to Airbus internal customers
  • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio
  • Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement
  • Identify and propose service improvement
  • Provide expertise support to the full chain of support
  • Communicate on specific technical topic
  • Train support team members
