  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients in the target industries.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Understand the unique requirements and needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Coordination with overseas clients/vendors.
  • Timely execution of shipments.
  • To handle inbound and outbound cargo movements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience range :3-5yrs
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills along with the experience infield the of Sales & Marketing from Export Industry
  • Knowledge of using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Prior experience in the ready-made garment industry will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable with using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Air Sea & Road shipments
  • Knowledge of shipping documents
  • Openness to mobility/travel
  • Must have Knowledge - Merchant Exporters & Buying Agents
