Job Overview

Role Overview:

You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, RESTful APIs, and data pipelines

using Python (3.x), Django or Flask. Your focus will be on writing scalable, reusable code,

automating workflows, and optimizing performance. Collaborating across DevOps, QA, product,

and data science teams, you'll help craft efficient systems that serve real-world applications

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Author clean, modular Python code with unit tests.

∙ Build and maintain backend services, micro services, API integrations, and automation

scripts.

∙ Debug, fine-tune performance, and improve system reliability.

∙ Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvements.

∙ Document processes, configurations, and system workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

∙ B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

∙ Solid experience in Python (3.x), with frameworks like Django, Flask, or Fast API ∙

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git version control, CI/CD workflows,

pytest/unit test.

∙ Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization

(Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

∙ Strong problem-solving attitude, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced

agile environment.

CTC : For the initial 6 months, candidates will be offered a stipend/salary of ₹10,000 per month. Upon completion of the 6‑month period, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance. Successful candidates will then be converted to full‑time roles with a CTC of ₹25,000 per month.
