Mern Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developers who can work on web application

development and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,and

Node.js.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Define, Design, and Ship new features.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

● Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

● Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

● Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and security.

Technical Requirements:

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS, and Responsive design.

● Hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

● Familiarity with MongoDB and Database design concepts.

● Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

● Good problem-solving skills and debugging ability.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

● For freshers – strong academic knowledge and projects in the MERN stack will be a plus.

Candidate Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong logical and analytical thinking ability.

● Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.

● Proactive attitude and commitment towards deadlines.

For the initial 6 months, candidates will be offered a stipend/salary of ₹10,000 per month. Upon completion of the 6‑month period, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance. Successful candidates will then be converted to full‑time roles with a CTC of ₹25,000 per month.
