Data Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data

infrastructure and pipelines that support analytics, business intelligence, and product needs.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern data technologies, a solid

understanding of data modeling, and a passion for building reliable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large

datasets.

● Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and other storage systems.

● Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure data

availability and quality.

● Implement best practices for data governance, data security, and data quality

monitoring.

● Develop and maintain real-time data streaming solutions when necessary.

● Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.

● Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, schemas, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

● Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

and NoSQL databases.

● Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks such as:

● Apache Spark

● Apache Airflow

● Kafka (or similar streaming technologies)

● Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.

● Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing concepts.
