To make this happen, we are looking for dynamic and energetic professionals with good communication skills who demonstrate a customer-first attitude. This role is critical as it is the first point of call for the customers.

 

 Expectations from successful candidates are: 

·    Eagerness to learn about the company's products and their capabilities. 

·    Ability to manage high volume of inbound customer queries. 

·   Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms. 

·    Ability to empathize with the customer and high customer centricity. 

·    Knowledge of other regional languages is helpful if the company works within the country. 

 

 Responsibilities: 

·   Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the companyʼs product, replying to inbound queries,

·   Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades. 

·   Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager. 

·   Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Preferred

Shift Timings:

Work from Home Option After 6 PM: Night shift candidates will have the option to work from home after 6 PM. This flexibility aims to accommodate their schedule and improve work-life balance.
Night Shift Allowance: Candidates working the night shift will receive a night shift allowance as part of their compensation package. This acknowledgment reflects the unique challenges and commitment associated with working during non-traditional hours.
Restriction on Night Shift for Female Candidates: It has been decided that female candidates will not be assigned to the night shift. This measure is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.
Flexible Shift Timings: We are offering flexible shift timings, allowing candidates to choose from 24*7 options based on their preferences and availability.
Graduation Requirement: Graduation is a mandatory requirement for all candidates applying for positions related to the Groww project.

Compensation Details:

·  Average CTC: The average cost to the company (CTC) for night shift candidates will range between 2.85 LPA to 3 LPA, including variable components.

·  Yearly Bonus: Candidates will receive a yearly bonus of 24K in addition to their base salary.

·  Increment Cycle: Increment cycles will occur every 6 months based on individual performance evaluations.

·  Communication Reimbursement: Candidates will receive a monthly communication reimbursement of 1k to cover their expenses.
