The Market Research Analyst at Grazitti Interactive is responsible for researching around its product & service lines by identifying & tracking key competitor updates, macro-economic trends, market size/ share / growth related data on a regular basis for all platforms across targeted industries & regions. The role will entail collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Development functions and involve supporting the C-suite stakeholders.

This position is part of the Grazittis Marketing team and will be based out of Panchkula, India. You will be working as an individual contributor and report to the Head of Marketing. Principal Accountabilities:


Identifying the market dynamics and new developments in SaaS space, specifically the segments in which Grazitti is operating and brief the management for strategic action
Scan secondary research studies and sources available for relevant insights. Analysis of research findings, interpretation to identify trends and use of research techniques to help building marketing strategy
Work across the ecosystem to strategically influence our products, services, and offerings & their roadmaps based on the research findings
Competitive Benchmarking of Grazittis products & services with its competitors and preparing monthly competitive landscapes based on developments & updates, to be shared with management & internal teams
Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors.
Support the Engineering Services & Solutions Strategic Plan and profit plan with market insights, TAM Estimation, End Market Growth Forecast, Product Market Competitor Metrics, Market Size by segment, region, and other market and business analysis requirements.
Regularly support the leadership team by providing a clear picture of market trends and new technology for consideration in Product Roadmapping and ProLaunch activities.
Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position, determine threats, benchmark competitor marketing activities and regularly advise of activities – marketing efforts, press releases, etc.
Lead the analysis presentation calls with internal stakeholders to discuss research findings, conclusions and specifically presenting recommendations for business to take actions on.
Conduct studies to determine sales trends, market share, with the intention to identify opportunities to grow sales, strengthen market share, and increase profitability.
Develop market analysis to illustrate market size/share/growth globally and by region for key markets.
Conduct studies to determine sales trends, market share, and operating profit with the intention to identify opportunities to grow sales, strengthen market share, and increase profitability.
Single Handedly executing and delivering high quality business research solutions to Grazitti’s global clients under minimal guidance.
Help the marketing team with product pricing, branding, market positioning, content marketing ABM and social media marketing strategies through market research
