Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Power/Analog Hardware Design Engineer with proven experience in designing analog and power circuits, troubleshooting, and interfacing with digital components. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with IGBTs, MOSFETs, drivers, ADC circuits, and other analog components. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing new power/analog products and features.

• Prototyping concepts, creating hardware solutions, and collaborating with management, marketing, and team members.

• Coordinating with vendors for component procurement and managing schedules for design and production.

• Working with the layout design team to create gerber files and ensuring successful PCB fabrication and assembly.

• Assembling experimental circuits and creating functional prototypes.

• Providing design documentation (e.g., BOMs) and troubleshooting training to production teams.

• Staying updated on new technologies in the analog/power domain and integrating innovations into designs.

• Leading post-implementation reviews, problem-solving, and providing technical solutions for complex issues.

• Mentoring team members and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
