We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team at Finova, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and report defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results and recommend process improvements.
Design and implement automated testing scripts using various tools.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and defect reports.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
