Roles and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Provide technical assistance and support to employees via phone, email, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Perform routine maintenance activities, including backups, system updates, and security patches.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex or escalated technical problems.

Document, track, and update all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
