Job Overview

Role Summary:

The candiadte will work on the Bajaj Finance process while being on the payroll of Finance Point. The role focuses on customer interaction, documentation handling, and supporting customers through various Bajaj Finance products and services. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and Bajaj Finance teams, ensuring smooth processing and superior service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk‑in customers, explain Bajaj Finance products, and assist them in selecting suitable financial solutions.
• Manage customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Handle customer documentation, application forms, KYC verification, and data entry as per Bajaj Finance guidelines.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, application status, and loan‑related updates.
• Coordinate with the Bajaj Finance internal teams for approvals, disbursals, and issue resolution.
• Track daily leads, maintain records in CRM systems, and achieve assigned targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle queries patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
