Role Description

Support the development of test plans to ensure that all objectives are achieved. Develop and monitor test scripts to assess the service, usability, performance, reliability, and quality. Provide guidance, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Gather and analyze statistical data. Ensure that user expectations are met throughout the testing process. Examine customer and product grievances. It is essential to consistently ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulatory requirements.

Skills Required
