We are seeking a detail‑oriented SAS Developer with 1 year of practical experience in developing and maintaining SAS programs for data processing, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of SAS procedures, data manipulation, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks using SAS Base and SAS SQL.

Create automated processes and scheduled jobs for recurring analyses.

Generate summary reports, dashboards, and statistical outputs.

Work with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Troubleshoot data issues and optimize SAS code for better performance.

Maintain documentation for programs, processes, and datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

1 year of hands‑on experience in SAS programming.

Strong understanding of:

SAS Base

SAS Macro

SAS SQL

Data step programming

Experience in working with large datasets and performing data munging.

Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Knowledge of SDLC and data validation processes.
