AIML Engineer

Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in building machine learning models, data preprocessing, and deploying ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, good understanding of ML algorithms, and the ability to work with real-world datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and prediction tasks.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Build and optimize ML pipelines and workflows.

Work with libraries like Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Implement model evaluation, tuning, and performance improvement techniques.

Work with large datasets and handle data ingestion from multiple sources.

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams.

Create clear documentation for models, code, and processes.

Support integration of ML models into production environments (APIs, cloud).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or equivalent.

1 year of practical experience in machine learning or AI development.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.

Hands-on experience with:

Scikit-learn

TensorFlow / PyTorch (at least one)

NumPy, Pandas

Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and version control (Git).

Knowledge of model evaluation metrics (accuracy, ROC-AUC, precision/recall, etc.).

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
