Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain CRM updates

• Learn and apply sales scripts, objection handling, and closing basics

Who Should Apply?

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn

• Comfortable with calling and interacting with clients

• Target-driven mindset

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: �8,000 – �15,000/month (based on performance in interview)

• Incentives: Performance-based, no upper limit

• High performers can earn significantly above fixed salary
