The roles and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporates.
  • Identifying key players in the IT industry via extensive market research in accordance with the business strategy.
  • Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Developing a huge number of networks with the Enterprise and Start-up accounts using LinkedIn as the main tool and building networks in other ways.
  • Playing a role in reaching a milestone of 300+ placements for the sales team.

 

Key Skills:



  • 0-2 years of B2B sales/account management experience, ideally within the IT Software industry. Established network/relationship across.
  • Tech enterprise will be a plus. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Self-starter, ability to own and report on individuals' sales forecast.
  • Creative in finding sources for lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
