      We’re Hiring: Admin / Facilities Executive with MIS Reporting knowledge

      We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin / Facilities Executive to manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

      Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

      •  Any Graduate with 0 -1 year of experience in Admin / Facilities
      • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting and Good communication and coordination skills with other teams.
      • Handle office administration and facility management
      • Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and AMC services
      • Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and data management
      • Oversee billing, invoice processing, and vendor payments
      • Coordinate lease agreements and legal documentation
      • Manage fixed assets, audits, events, and travel arrangements
      • Must have experience in MIS reporting, Data Management, Documentation, etc.
      • Must have knowledge of lease agreements, legal coordination, Billing, tax invoicing process and vendor payment.
      • Ability to manage fixed assests, audit events, travel coordination, with strong communication and attention to detail.
      • Immediate joining is preferred.
