Responsibilities:

 

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our real estate projects and services.

2. Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through effective questioning and active listening.

3. Provide accurate information about the company's projects, pricing, and offerings to potential clients.

4. Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant information obtained during communicating with clients.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-ups with interested prospects.

6. Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all leads and inquiries.

7. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

8. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation related to sales activities.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Any Graduate.

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Fluent in English & Hindi, proficiency in local languages is a plus.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends in Bengaluru / Pune.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficient computer skill

8. Freshers

9. Must have two -wheeler
