Job description
• To handle customer queries & complaints over call
• To ensure customer satisfaction • Proactive information’s & solutions providing to customer
• Escalate the customer grievances to the floor supervisor
• Handle critical situations and to ensure appropriate solutions to the customer on first go
• To Adhere to applicable standard operating procedures
Required Candidate profile
• Min. 6 months of Call center Experience – On Paper
• Should be proficient in Typing (Min. 30 WPM / 90% Accuracy)
• Undergraduate / Graduates can apply
• Excellent English & Hindi Communication skill
• Candidates with TAMIL / Malayalam / Telugu proficiency will be an added advantage
• Rotational Shifts (24*7) including night shift – NO CAB / No night Shift for Girls
