Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives in the Tech Sales. The role involves interacting with international clients, promoting technical products/services, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers
• Promote and sell technical products/services to clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales details

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of sales techniques (training will be provided)
• Confidence in handling international clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
