Hiring for Field Executive – Rapido & Uber Process
Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Field Work – Not an Office Job)
Incentives: High performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit cab stands, auto stands, and bike rider zones in the allocated area to identify and interact with potential driver partners.
- Explain the benefits, earning potential, and process of joining Rapido and Uber platforms.
- Assist drivers in completing the registration and onboarding process (document submission, app installation, training, etc.).
- Ensure all required documents (DL, RC, insurance, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) are collected and verified accurately.
- Guide drivers on how to use the app, accept rides, and follow platform guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for activation and follow-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets assigned by the manager.
- Maintain detailed records of visits, interactions, and conversions.
Working Structure:
- 6 Days Working
- 4 Days Paid Training
- 5 Offs per Month
- Sunday Fixed Off
- 1 Casual Leave
- Daily Target: 6 Activations
- Monthly Target: 150 Activations
Qualification: 12th Pass or above
Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory)

- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Two Passport Size Photographs
