Job Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and approve data for registering in the system from the given LOGISTIC NETWORK.
Review and analyze all the internal data against Network data (e.g. Debarment, duplicates, Conflict of interest, financial capability) to ensure all approved partners meet the organization’s Eligibility requirements.
Connect with the approved list of agents and build rapport and consistent follow up with the list of partners for business realizations.
Conduct regular review and oversight of enquiries from different partners from ZOHO CRM master records. Follow up with the clients until the result to each rate request is made clear of
Resolve issues with clients on operational levels and on Accounts Payable matters
Prepare, as requested, reports and analysis for the Unit.
Support all client request for all matters related to all shipment Management policy, process, guidelines and transactions etc.,
Review the Clients of integrity and financial risk to assess eligibility for participation in big and future projects.
Update CRM Tool powered by Zoho as assigned.
REQUISITE CRITERIA:

A Bachelor’s Degree or a equivalent combination of education and experience.
➢
Strong communication skills in English including the ability to prepare and present findings in written and oral form.
➢
Basic Knowledge on Logistics.
➢
Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
➢
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
➢
Thorough knowledge and use of relevant computer software (MS Office – MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
➢
Ability to organize and operate data/information.
➢
Strong attention to detail and good decision making skills.
➢
Ability to deal sensitively in multi-cultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues.
➢
Ability to understand and learn our CRM Tools for effective data and relationship management.
➢
Pleasing, bold and assertive communication skills for negotiating and convincing clients.
➢
Ability to take up complete ownership and be proactive in learning with dynamic attitude and work result-oriented with passion.
CHALLENGES:
Timing : Flexible Timing to cater to the needs of the client and Ensure that your schedules overlap with those of your team members for as long as is necessary to complete your job duties effectively.
Multi- Tasking: Internal coordination with other departments is required to act as the face of the company with the client. So juggling without losing cool to keep the pace going for satisfied customers is mandatory.
WORK TIMINGS:
General Office timings are from 9:15 am to 6:15 pm with Lunch Break 1pm to 2pm.
Work requirements of this position may involve some travel and may require adjustments to the work schedule to support clients within different time zones.

TRAINING:
Fully covered training of Logistics and all related activities will be provided at the time of Joining.
Specialized department training by senior employees after the initial training for deeper understanding and equipment will be provided.
Based on the scoring system during training, management reserves all rights to change the department. Hands on training and complete assistance until the probationary period is guaranteed.
Occasional, one-one, video trainings for special projects is also provided after analyzing the potential of the candidate.
INTERNAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Before handing over the Job responsibilities, internal internship programs at free-of-cost is also provided for each candidate to equip them strongly in the technical arena.
