Responsibilities :

 Replying to resolve customer queries on emails and calls.  Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies  Handling sales and listings for UK Ecommerce platforms-Amazon, eBay etc  Placing orders with suppliers through emails and calls.  Chasing courier companies to track the orders.  Liaison with the warehouse team based in the UK.  Handling product catalogues for inventory. Preferred Skills:  Freshers are welcome to apply.  Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory.  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.  Team player.  High Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and typing.
