Job Title: Backend Financial Operations Associate
Location: Gurugram (Sector 30)

Role Overview
The role involves backend support across financial market operations including wealth management, trading operations, clearing & settlement, tax operations, and corporate actions. The associate will ensure accurate processing, compliance, and reporting of financial transactions.

Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in financial operations
• Basic to strong knowledge of equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and cryptocurrency
• Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, or taxation
• Graduation or undergraduate qualification
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting
• Knowledge of NISM guidelines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute and monitor trades and settlements
• Perform reconciliations and resolve exceptions
• Process corporate actions and tax-related activities
• Prepare reports and maintain audit-ready records
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, custodians, and exchanges
