Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate/BCA degree and have 0 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, CRM data management, Content creation for social media, Back office or a related field. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products and services
• Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and data analysis
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion and customer
• Client Record Management and back office operations.
• Content creation for Social media platforms.
