As an Accounts Executive and Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Work closely with other teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Support external auditors during annual audits and tax filing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
