As a Business Development Executive, you will drive student enrollments for Manipal University Online programs while building strong communication and sales skills in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students through calls, chats, and digital platforms.

• Understand career goals and recommend suitable university programs.

• Explain course structure, learning format, and career outcomes.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.

• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records.

• Complete product and sales training.

• Achieve assigned enrollment targets.

Earnings & benefits:

• Fixed pay with performance-based incentives.

• Earning potential up to Rs 28,000 for Higher Secondary candidates and Rs 32,000 for Graduates which will be fixed.

• Course fee reimbursement mechanism.

• Real corporate experience while pursuing a university degree.

• Experience Letter and Letter of Recommendation for top performers.

University enrollment:

• One-time Rs 500 enrollment fee payable directly to Manipal University Online.

• Applicable only for academic registration, document verification, and LMS access.

• Not a job fee or security deposit.

• Apart from this the total fees will be paid by us on top of the fix salary.

Commission:

• 5% commission per successful sale on confirmed enrollments.

Eligibility:

• Higher Secondary or Graduate candidates.

• Strong communication skills.

• Comfortable with targets and performance-based work.
