Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the hiring process and help the company find suitable candidates for different job positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.
• Search and screen candidates according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates by phone or email and explain job details.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Coordinate with the client or hiring manager for recruitment requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
• Ability to handle calls and interact with candidates
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Graduate / Undergraduate
