Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth in the Non-IT recruitment/staffing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Working - Hybrid Mode
Experience: 2-3 Years (Recruitment/Staffing Industry - Mandatory)
Key Role: Client acquisition & business generation (Non-IT) Client handling & coordination Deal closure & target achievement
Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT recruitment/staffing sector.

Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.

Manage end-to-end client relationship and account handling.

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to build long-term business relationships.

Keep track of market trends and competitor activities in the recruitment industry.
