Helpdesk Associate

  • Anybody with a technical bend of mind having good communication & analytical skills.
  • Someone who enjoys multitasking and can address customer issues real time.
  • The main role of the DotPe & Rista helpline and helpdesk is to provide technical support and resolve issues over the calls and emails in real-time.
  • The role requires deeper knowledge of the software we provide (POS) and good analytical skills.
  • We have to understand the situation and act accordingly to provide resolutions quickly as their business depends upon our Point of Sale software.

What we are looking for:-

1. We prefer candidates from any tech background however, not a set criteria.

2. Should be comfortable in the Client Facing Role.

3. Should be comfortable working from the Office.

4. Email writing has to be good.

 

Job location – Gurugram (Work from office only)
