Bidder Intern (Night Shift)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will typically be trained to:Identify and filter high-potential projects on bidding platforms.

Draft and submit customized proposals or bids.

Communicate with potential clients to understand project scopes.

Coordinate with internal technical or sales teams to finalize estimates and deliver solutions.

Maintain records of bids and lead conversions.

 

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, IT (BCA/BSc IT), or Commerce.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English.

The ability to write persuasive, customized proposals is a primary requirement.

Platform Knowledge: Basic understanding of freelancing sites like Upwork or government e-procurement portals like GeM.

Technical Awareness: Familiarity with the IT, software, or digital marketing services your agency offers, so you can accurately understand and communicate client requirements.

 

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly proactive, capable of meeting strict deadlines, and possessing strong negotiation abilities.
