Job Summary
- Handling outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
- Listening to and understanding customer requirements
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and any ongoing promotions
- Providing product/service details and benefits to customers
- Delivering end-to-end solutions
- Asking the right questions – probing and prompting where necessary
- Timely and accurately capturing all information provided by the customer
- Following up with brands as per the escalation matrix until closure
- Staying up to date with knowledge of products, processes, and services offered by the client
- Ensuring full adherence to all quality parameters and SOPs
- Cooperating with team members, SMEs, and team leaders
- Ensuring 100% adherence to the schedule
- Escalating calls to the team leader/manager, where necessary
- Handling irate or demanding customers tactfully
