      Job Summary

      Candidates will handle Voice, Email, and Chat-based Customer Support, Sales, and Collections processes for leading Banking, Retail, and Service clients while ensuring high-quality customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Handling customer interactions via calls, email, and chat

      • Understanding customer requirements and providing end-to-end solutions

      • Supporting sales and collections activities as per process guidelines

      • Maintaining accurate documentation and quality standards

      • Adhering to SOPs and compliance requirements

      • Coordinating with team leaders and internal teams

      • Managing customer concerns professionally and effectively
