We are seeking a highly motivated IT Fresher to join our dynamic team and support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of technology solutions. The candidate will assist in software development, testing, deployment, and system support under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include writing and debugging basic code, supporting application maintenance, preparing technical documentation, and assisting in troubleshooting system or application issues.

The IT Fresher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The role also involves learning and working with programming languages, databases, operating systems, and modern development tools. Freshers are expected to participate in training programs, follow coding and security standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with basic knowledge of programming, databases, and software development concepts. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential.
