BUSINESS OPERATION (Job Description):

To be professional and more responsible which includes managing customer expectations, identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.

BUSINESS PARTNER (Roles & Responsibilities):

• To generate new customer leads through various channels (Tender portals).

• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.

• Tendering and Estimation for BOP, tender Documentation Bid Submission to Customer inputs.

• Preparation of Price Schedule (BOQ), Project Schedule and Project Specification.

• Recognize and understand the client's needs and prepare detailed techno-commercial document to support the bid.

• Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations

• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information’s to top management to get approval for bidding.

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and prequalifications

• To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission

• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions

• To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements
