Job Summary
- Be the First Point of Contact: Act as the primary technical resource, fielding incoming requests via ticketing systems, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and fix hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile) and software issues for our team.
- User Account Management: Assist with essential Google Workspaces and Cloud Services tasks (password resets, account unlocks, group management).
- New Employee Onboarding: Prepare and configure new hire equipment and provide a welcoming IT orientation for a smooth start.
- Documentation: Create clear, easy-to-understand support guides for our internal knowledge base.
- Asset Management: Help track and manage our valuable IT hardware inventory.
- Escalate When Needed: Clearly document and escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
