      DataFlow Group is seeking a bright and enthusiastic IT Support Desk Technical Analyst with 0-1 year of experience to be the heart of our technical support team!

      This is the perfect role for a recent graduate or someone with foundational IT knowledge eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

      What You Will Do:

      • Be the First Point of Contact: Act as the primary technical resource, fielding incoming requests via ticketing systems, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
      • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and fix hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile) and software issues for our team.
      • User Account Management: Assist with essential Google Workspaces and Cloud Services tasks (password resets, account unlocks, group management).
      • New Employee Onboarding: Prepare and configure new hire equipment and provide a welcoming IT orientation for a smooth start.
      • Documentation: Create clear, easy-to-understand support guides for our internal knowledge base.
      • Asset Management: Help track and manage our valuable IT hardware inventory.
      • Escalate When Needed: Clearly document and escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
