Step 1: Selection (Reference & Resume Basis)

Step 2: On-site Training & Assessment

 

- Shortlisted candidates are invited for an on-site training and assessment process.

- This phase includes:

  - Understanding the company’s business model

  - Practical exposure to sales, marketing, and operations

  - Daily evaluation of performance, discipline, and adaptability

 

Step 3: Final Selection (Performance-Based Role Allocation)

 

- After successful completion of the assessment process, candidates are offered roles based on their performance.

 

Available Roles:

 

- Team Leader

- Assistant

- Executive

 

Role allocation is strictly performance-based, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Accommodation & Food Charges

 

To support candidates during the initial phase:

 

- Accommodation Charges: ₹3000 (first month)

- Food Charges: ₹2000 (first month)

- These are fixed and minimal charges applicable during the initial training period.

- From the second month onward, accommodation and food expenses are covered by the company based on performance and continuation.

- No hidden or additional charges are involved.
