Job Description The primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for a Sr. Officer – HR are listed below. • Sourcing candidates as per requisitions received from concerned department heads. • Manage the Recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, conducting interviews, and offering the candidates. • To conduct induction & orientation program for newly joined candidates. • Preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, Appointment Letter, etc. • Preparing and maintaining Employees personal file & documentation. • Keep track on the Probation period of Employees and communicate with the concerned reporting manager for their confirmation. • To co-ordinate with legal advisors & HR consultant. • Formulation, implementation & manage HR Policies and Procedures. • To co-ordinate with the insurance agent and maintain documentation for GMC, GPA & other Policies. • Preparing and maintaining ISO documentation ISO related work. Additional Information • Up to 5 years of relevant experience. • Should be able to read, write & speak English, Hindi & Gujarati. • Should have excellent communication skill. • Hands-on experience of Payroll Software & MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
